For some reason you don't have the correct permissions in
"/home/raj/.local/share/ubuntuone/syncdaemon/fsm". This normally happens
because of at some point the client was started using other user (or
"sudo").

The solution for this is to do:

  sudo chown -R <username>:  /home/raj/.local/share/ubuntuone/syncdaemon/fsm
  chmod -R u+rw  /home/raj/.local/share/ubuntuone/syncdaemon/fsm

I'm marking this as invalid because it's not a problem from the client,
but feel free to ask anything about this.
