Magnes: as you saw above with comments from Michael, some people don't
want to have a blank keyring password but still want to auto-login, so
it comes down to a choice between which is the default behaviour (auto-
login sets blank keyring password, or auto-login does not set a blank
keyring password). The Ubuntu default is the more secure option, but you
can certainly set your keyring password to blank if you prefer that
behaviour, and then you will not be asked for your password on login
(either by Ubuntu One or by the wifi system). To set your keyring
password to blank, run Applications > Accessories > Passwords and
Encryption Keys, and in the Passwords tab right click on "Passwords:
login" and say Change Password.
