I suspect that this is due to the same problem I'm working on fixing,
which is the fact that cups currently cannot handle any %%IncludeFeature
directives, which is how *InputSlot (tray settings) are communicated.
I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of Bug #307471, so all of us have
a central place to monitor tray-related bugs.
