Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: sudo
The package sudo has a source file check.c ; it contains a function
lecture() which is used to display the following:-

There is a pending commented TODO above it which says :-

** Affects: sudo (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
