Hi,
I've had a quick look at your debdiff ,and I see a lot of compilation
generated files in your diff.gz file (Makefile.in, configure, ...) .
Could you please clean it, so that you only have files in debian
subdirectory? I've just checked, and using uscan/uupdate/debuild -S to
generate the new version does not modify any file outside debian
directory.
