Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

I dist-upgraded my dapper system (amd64) on Jan 30. Predictably (I'm
afraid) there are now scrollkeeper errors in the monthly cron job again.

This looks vaguely similar to bug #74555 and #84050 but differs in the
specifics. See also #74481 and a whole bunch of others.

Excerpts from the cron job's error output:

/etc/cron.monthly/scrollkeeper:

        <title>&ubuntu; &sg-title;</title>
                                  ^

With all due respect, shouldn't it be possible to figure out a way to
keep scrollkeeper happy over a dist-upgrade?
