This almost certainly means you have some very serious problems -
either kernel bugs (if you're using exotic filesystems or block
devices) or, much more likely, serious hardware problems causing
filesystem corruption.
I'm going to set this bug to `Rejected' on the assumption that it's a
hardware fault. If you have some reason to think it's the kernel
please file another bug.
