Matt, Sorry, I confused two bugs I have open at the moment, one related with printer not working after upgrade, second about connection to Ubuntu One not working. I think you wrote me about the Ubuntu One connection bug. That one is still not working and I don't have any idea how to fix it or figure out some workaround. Ubuntu One icon with a red X is on the taskbar, if I do right-click -> Open Folder it opens the folder in Nautilus. There is Connect button in the folder view: if I click on it, it says Connecting..., but it never connects.
