If so, please, note that your Dpkg log says: The provided postinst hook script [/sbin/update-grub] could not be run. dpkg: errore processando linux-image-2.6.28-16-generic (--configure): il sottoprocesso post-installation script ha restituito un codice di errore 2 Configuro tzdata-java (2009o+repack-0ubuntu0.9.04.2) ... Which seems to be a update-grub issue. I'm going to reassign it to grub team.
