FYI it seems to be every email from this person, and only this person. Every email in the screenshot including the one sent with the "?" in the received column is sent by folks using outlook 2007 via an Exchange server. I'm not certain which version exchange is being used. I'm including the headers from the problem email in case that's helpful.
