I'm not sure that this should be in hundredpapercuts, but definitely not
ubuntuone-client. Reassigning that part to evolution-couchdb which
provides the evolution back-end for storing contacts in couchdb.

Middle names are quite common in English speaking countries. We don't
tend to use them in regular discussion or reference, though. However, it
is certainly more common in non-English countries to have multiple last
names. Are you talking about cases with multiple last names, as opposed
to middle names? Also, for what it's worth, there were 2 people named
"Michael Terry" at UDS Lucid. :)
