Don't know what to do with the changed package? It doesn't appear in the Update Manager.
Also, don't know if this is related but now when I install different packages from Synaptic or the Ubuntu Software Center I receive the following error message, only the installed package line is different: installed cd/dvd creator E: linux-image-2.6.31-15-generic: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1 E: linux-image-generic: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured E: linux-generic: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured The installed package either doesn't work or isn't fully operational. More and more apps have become unstable/unusable in the last week, should I just reinstall 9.10 and then downgrade grub? Or downgrade my whole system to 9.04? I don't have the knowledge or time to learn all about the intricacies of Ubuntu/Linux, sorry, just want it to work like it did with 9.04.
