I found this work around that let's me at least run 9.10 with the card
installed.  Start by installing Ubuntu with the card removed, after the
install is complete edit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf and add the
following line at the bottom:

  blacklist rtl8180

Now you can shutdown, install the card, and reboot.  From here you
should be able to use the ndiswrappers/windows drivers, but I haven't
tried that yet.
