Paul, just a thought... could you test your wireless connection with the rest of your computers disconnected from the internet? I am noticing that your computer is being assigned an IP number that would indicate that it is the first one on your network. If there are other computers on your wireless network, and one of them already has that IP address, it is possible that could be the source of your troubles.
