Binary package hint: network-manager
After a few minutes of being logged into both jaunty and 9.10 it
randomly drops connection. I can reconnect after a few hours with a
restart, but if i restart immediately, no luck. It will not allow me to
browse website and if i deliberately quit IRC, i cannot reconnect, but i
do no loose connection on irc if i just idle. I can also not connect to
GIT repo's etc.
Im using a Telkom ADSL 5100 router via ethernet / cable, with 2 other
pc's attached to it, and neither of them loose connection. This problem
also does not occur in Windows, and if i immediately reboot into windows
(after loosing connection in ubuntu), the internet is fine.
No errors pop up when I loose connection.
I am reporting this now while the connection is still working.
