Thanks for your response, Bill. My understanding of Launchpad's
subscription system is that everyone who is subscribed to a bug will get
notified of any activity, so the reporter should have been emailed too.
Perhaps someone else subscribed you?
Since the original reporter hasn't responded, and the bug report doesn't
have all the information needed to diagnose the fault, I'll close this
report for now. Thanks again.
