Just an update:
Hansemann wrote me via PM, that he had used the link on the ubuntuusers.de wiki
and that there is no DVBcut in this PPA (see
http://ppa.launchpad.net/fabricesp/ppa/ubuntu/dists/karmic/main/binary-i386/Packages)
- therefore added fabricesp and change to wish
