I wonder what is used for decimal delimiter for decimal numbers inside
for example some config file. I had problems with one DVB driver, and
found in file two way's. On one place was written 19.2 MHz, and on the
other 19,2!

So, coma or dot for decimal delimiter in config files for decimal
numbers?

Thnx :)

The decimal delimiter needs to be changed in the South African localization.
