@ miles916 As a temporary workaround, instead of Shortcuts applet you can use a subdock with launchers like the following for your bookmarks or other folders:
nautilus --no-desktop --browser file://FOLDER_PATH The possibility of subdock creation is one of the Cairo-Dock's strong points.
