also, while it is true that hearts of space (www.hos.com) does now work, it didn't in jaunty and i had a really hard time figuring it out. when i finally did, it was fixed by disabling ubufox. my point is that rather than getting more stable with every release, you keep breaking things that are really very basic and should "just work." i understand that it is the nature of the game to need to update, but there are so many other issues that don't already have a viable solution (videochat), that redoing firefox's extension installer which really works very well, just seems, well, not that useful. i apologize if i am stepping on your pet project.
