Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

atm we've got 3 options to use for updates:
- download and install security updates automaticly
- download all in the background
- only notify

I would like to have aoption that provides a notify bubble or something
equal for the first two.

An idea would be to change the radioboxes to checkboxes, so that you can check
- install security automaticly
- download in the background
- notify if available

And if I understood the plan for Lucid right one other option to enable
- install on shutdown

MOST important thing that all those things are combineable
