Public bug reported:
I tried to install Picasa 3.0beta debian package while working with
Software-Center. Message popped up saying something about "can not
manage packages while the other program is running". Then installation
stopped and the package manager (of picasa 3 package) reported the error
(see summary). After closing Software center i failed installing picasa
3 again with the same error message.
