I'm still not running Karmic, so I cannot test this to confirm. I believe Tux Paint in Karmic is still 0.9.20 (as it was in Jaunty), therefore it's likely an issue with libSDL or some other underlying library that did get upgraded. Can someone closer to Ubuntu take a peek?
