I've also installed Ubuntu 9.10 and my BCM43XG suspends/resumes successfully. It seems there is an ongoing issue that is still present in Kubuntu 9.10. Anyone why there would be a difference between these two distros? I thought for ACPI tasks these related distros would be using the same execution paths.
