NEWS: I re-installed amd64 ubuntu 9.10 but this time I did _not_ install Broadcom B43 adapter (as requested by "Hardware Drivers") but _only_ Broadcom STA.
Now everything works fine! It looks like the "Hardware Drivers" hardware detection detects my WiFi as B43 (which is the driver that makes the system unstable) and STA which eventually works. I am on HP Tablet tx2500ru (russian phonetics) which should be the same model as other tx2500 systems, the ones with ATI inside. -- package libc6-i386 2.10.1-0ubuntu15 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/489346 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
