Successfully tested with upgrade paths:
- 0.6c9-0ubuntu5 → 0.6.8-1ubuntu2
- 0.6c9-0ubuntu5 → 0.6.8-1ubuntu1 → 0.6.8-1ubuntu2
Tested with: python-setuptools is installed and 'python -c "import
pkg_resources"' succeeds.
