Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

I attempted the following steps to reproduce the problem but failed:

1 - Launch Ubuntu 9.10
2 - Launch the Software Center
3 - Enter JAVA into the search bar
4 - Clicked on the installation arrow for "OpenJDK Java 6 Runtime"
5 - Clicked INSTALL
6 - Entered my password
7 - Clicked AUTHENTICATE
8 - The package status indicated "Applying Changes" and the status bar
incremented from 0% to 100%.
9 - After the installation was complete I was returned to the package status
screen where I am given the option of REMOVE or WEBSITE.

Please answer these questions:

* Is this reproducible?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
