Public bug reported:
On feisty, I added a keyboard layout applet to the control panel, with a
choice of US English Dvorak and US English (ie qwerty) layouts.
Regardless of which is selected, the panel applet always says "USA",
which is rather unhelpful.
Strangely enough on another machine (upgraded from edgy) it does say
"dvorak".
