As discussed on the bzr-explorer-dev list, we wanted to get some testing of the initial upload before pushing it out to a larger audience. It's now been in the PPA for a while without any reports of packaging issues, and I've had the package further reviewed in order to get it into Debian (where it's now in the NEW queue). So I'm satisfied... Feel free to copy the packages over into the ~bzr PPA at this point. garyvdm had previously offered, so I can contact him if you don't want to do it yourself.
