tnx, but that´s not my case, I DO NOT have any recovery solution, but I DO BELIEVE there's something in windows 7 which modifies the grub configuration. Anyway, after a regular update on kubuntu && grub-update, I did not have this problem til right now. but "I feel" there's something weird, because on every boot operation (both os´s) , the filesystem is being checked.
