Configure and use an Exchange email account
4) What happened instead:
Adding an exchange account (only account) i can't get the account to
authenticate.
While trying to debug an evolution-exchange setup problem, the debug
feature is not working.

In this run I did the following test:
a. if login/password is correct and in the form domain\username I get:
Could not configure Exchange account because
an unknown error occurred. Check the URL,
username, and password, and try again.
b. If login/passwd is wrong I get:
Could not authenticate to server.
Make sure the username and password are correct and try again.
Normaly the E2K_DEBUG=2 should be very verbose and allow to understand
the problem
