I'm afraid this patch isn't acceptable because all this stuff is autogenerated. If we applied your patch, it would just be overwritten at the next update.
To be honest, this is something we have always explicitly refused. The -meta packages are conscious, opinionated package selection; they aren't meant to be fully general feature lists.
