Somehow i managed to fix this.
i cant remember now what was exactly what fixed it because i tried
lots of things.
but most probably it has something to do with swap space.
When you hibernate your computer the present state of the machine is
saved in swap space.
Make sure you have enough swap space (like double your ram just in
case) and verify that the operating system is ablo to write in that
space.
(if you currently have 0.00% of swap space used its likely theres a problem)
