Hi Bruno,

Thank you for the very detailed bug report! I think there are a couple
of things you can try:

1. Your limit bandwidth settings may be preventing Ubuntu One from 
connecting/syncing (both read/write are set to 0). Delete the following config 
file and restart Ubuntu One: ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
2. If #1 doesn't solve your problem, you may want to try our PPA version as it 
has some fixes not found in the current Karmic main repository version:
