The original bug should be fixed now in 1.97+20091130-1ubuntu1 in Lucid,
anyway:
* debian/patches/957_savedefault.diff: Fix --version output from
grub-reboot and grub-set-default (see LP #480571).
... and the manual page in the package looks fine. Thanks all.
