I wish there was some way to help, but it sounds very much like a
hardware or system issue, rather than a Transmission bug.  Unless
there's some way to reproduce this behavior, I don't think there's any
way to move forward on this ticket.  To reopen the bug report you can
click on the current status, under the Status column, and change the
Status back to "New".

Please don't hesitate to submit bug reports in the future.  Thanks
