Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntuone-client

I'm getting very slow upload speeds from Ubuntu One (5 kb/s or less most
of the time). The first 5 megs went fast, about 100 kb/s which is what
my ISP supports but after that it just drops suddenly and makes Ubuntu
One unusable for me.

Furthermore Ubuntu One isn't correctly detecting when files are on the
server or not. In my Ubuntu One folder I have over 55 megs of stuff but
on the server I have about 3 megs, when I connect it says "All Files Up
To Date", even though this is clearly not the case. I disconnected from
the server because of slow connection speeds and then reconnected, from
that point on it told me that the files were up to date despite them not
being even uploaded at all.
