I have also removed all the files that were in my
https://one.ubuntu.comaccount and have only one file in the Ubuntu One
folder of my laptop (
*i.e.* the *Captura.png* file).
Then I have pushed the "Connect" option of the Ubuntu One cloud but nothing
occurs (pushing also the "Connect" button in the Ubuntu One folder of my
laptop does not produce any effect.
Therefore, I:
*1)* Delete also my laptop computer from the computers in my account (there
were no synchronized computers)
*2)* Created the file */home/gerard/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf* and
write the next two lines on it:
[__main__]
log_level = DEBUG
*3)* Quit the Ubuntu One client by writing the *killall
ubuntuone-client-applet ubuntuone-syncdaemon* command in the terminal:
r...@gpujadas:~/.config/ubuntuone# killall ubuntuone-client-applet
ubuntuone-syncdaemon
*4)* Start again Ubuntu One by going to: *Applications->Internet->Ubuntu One
* and confirm computer access by giving my laptop the name *
gpujadas_SONY_VAIO* and push the *Add this computer* button. Strangely,
there was a second *Confirm Computer Access* screen that asked me again for
the name of my computer and I gave now the name *gpujadas_SONY_VAIO_02* and
push the *Add this computer* button. This repeats a couple of times more (I
named at the third time the computer as *gg*) and when I push the cancel
button (the fourth time the server asked me to add the computer) the message
in the web browser screen was *There was an error The authentication
process has not succeeded. This may be a temporary problem; please try again
in a few minutes.* I am attaching the contents of the *
/home/gerard/.cache/ubuntuone/log* folder to this bug report.
