perroazul, I am assuming that you are not using the default compiz settings? If so, could you test the default GNOME/Compiz settings by renaming your .gnome/, .gnome2/, .gconf/ and .gconfd/ directories and letting Gnome rebuild the defaults?
Then, with the default compiz turned on, test to see if the actions still cause crashes. If not, then we can piece-by-piece modify the settings towards your usual settings to see which feature causes the crash.
