shmengie, thank you for reporting this issue. I have talked to some
people about your issue. Your log message is from when the CPU is
returning to normal speed after having been slowed down due to self-
protection from overheating. Because of the amount of messages that are
occuring, we are wondering if something is wrong with your hardware.
There are a number of possibilities, but I would first double-check that
all of your fans are working and that your computer has proper air flow.
