Is it really not possible to make a copy of a locked file? I would expect that
it wouldn't let you move or edit the file, but a copy/paste should be possible.
Are you saying that we should have a "Close Outlook" bullet at the end of each
subsection in "Emails and mail account settings" in "Preparing to Switch"?
Please be a bit more descriptive in these matters, as our line numbers are not
the same as yours in Rosetta. If it's easier, you can post a link to the page
on help.ubuntu.com .
