Wolter, thanks for working on this bug. You're initial draft looks
promising - do you plan to finish it? I'd like to move over your
existing documentation to a new page simply called Suspend or
SuspendToRAM, merge it with valid existing documentation, and set a
redirect from the SuspendHowto page (since its name violates our naming
convention - now HowTo is needed in a name). After that, we can remove
your SuspendHowtoNew page.
