Thank you for taking the time reporting this bug.
Ubuntu 10.04 is still in development. We will open translation on Alpha
3.
Meanwhile you can translate Ubuntu 9.10.
During the development cycle, especially in the first alphas there are
many changes so it is recommend to wait a bit for the translations as
there is a big risk that strings translated in the early stage will be
changed and translations discarded.
