Indicates the CD used to install Ubuntu is no longer available. Here
are the steps I suspect may resolve the problem:
1 - Applications -> Ubuntu Software Center
2 - EDIT from the pulldown -> Software Sources
3 - Uncheck everything under "Installable from CD-ROM/DVD"
4 - Click on "Other Software" tab from the top
5 - Uncheck any sources pointing to a CD or DVD
6 - Click CLOSE.
This should update your cache and resolve the problem.
If this does not correct the problem then please update this bug report
with the steps necessary to recreate the problem.
