- check forh reboot-required files in partial upgrade mode,
update-notifier is no longer doing that by default
(foundations-lucid-restart-required-dialog spec)
* DistUpgrade/DistUpgrade.ui:
- add a bunch of missing "<property name="orientation">"
- improve restart-required dialog
