Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: smplayer

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open an mkv video in Smplayer
2) Click at the progress bar, jumping to a specific moment - sound is present,
but no video; moreover, time counter... goes backwards very fast
3) Press right arrow key - after a few seconds a film goes back to be displayed
correctly

What should happen:
Jumping should work properly, without above artefacts.
