The more I look at this, the less appealing it seems. Deluge uses a
native python serialization format, which doesn't seem to have a decoder
implemented in C anywhere, so I'd need to write that myself. In
addition Deluge has changed file formats at least once, so there would
be multiple formats to support.
This might make more sense as a python script that plugs into Deluge
itself, rather than something built into Transmission.
