Hi Vassili,
I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. It looks
like the bandwidth usage settings may be causing some problems. Can you
try the following and let me know if the problem goes away?
1. Delete ~/.config/ubuntuone/syncdaemon.conf
2. Restart the Ubuntu One client
