Ubuntu One uses the gnome keyring to store private credentials to access
the cloud server. If you are notified with the "Allow Access" dialog
that the application "Ubuntu One" is trying to access the password for
Ubuntu one token, then you must click on Always Allow for Ubuntu One to
function properly.
