I can't reproduce your problem exactly. IDE creates a file with code of an
empty JPanel. But an exception [1] is thrown.
As far as I understand the reason of the exception is an absence of "form.j2ee"
module in the stripped ide configuration: lines 66-80 in
"./swingapp/src/org/netbeans/modules/swingapp/resources/layer.xml" file [2].
Marek, what is your opinion? is such situation critical? Can we fix it somehow?
